Introduction
Welcome to Freeda, operated by Southern Fresh. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, the purchase of our flower products, and their delivery via our in-house logistics team or trusted courier partners.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Orders and Availability
- Orders are subject to availability.
- In case of stock limitations, Freeda may substitute items with similar products of equal or greater value.
- Orders are only processed if the customer’s account is within their approved credit limit.
Payment Terms
- No payment is taken at checkout. All payments are made against invoice.
- Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days).
- If a customer’s credit limit is reached or exceeded, the order will not be processed or delivered until the account is brought within limits.
Delivery
- Orders are delivered using either:
- Freeda’s own trucks, or
- Trusted courier partners, depending on region and logistics.
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery.
Product Quality Issues and Credits
- If you believe the product quality is not acceptable, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Send clear photos to sales@freeda.co.nz
- Once the claim is reviewed and approved:
- A credit will be applied to your Freeda account.
- No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Freeda may:
- Collect the product for inspection, or
- Request that the customer safely dispose of the product.
- Claims made outside the 24-hour window or without supporting evidence may not be accepted.
Customer Accounts and Credit
- Customers must maintain accurate contact and billing details.
- All credit limits are managed by Southern Fresh.
- Orders may be paused if the account exceeds its credit limit.
Intellectual Property
All images, text, branding, and content on the Freeda website are the property of Southern Fresh Group and may not be used without prior consent.
Limitation of Liability
Freeda is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages caused by delays, product issues, or failed deliveries beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies your acceptance of any revised terms.
